Thank you for taking part in the Superbook 5K. By registering for and participating in this fundraising challenge, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

1. About theSuperbook5K 

The Superbook 5K is a voluntary fundraising challenge organised by CBN UK to support the work of Superbook across the UK and Europe.  

Participants are invited to walk, jog or run 5 kilometres and raise sponsorship to support the ministry of Superbook.

2. Registration

Participants must complete the official Superbook 5K registration form before taking part. 

Participants under the age of 18 must have the permission and supervision of a parent, guardian, church leader or responsible adult.

3. Participation

Participants may complete their 5K at any time between the campaign launch date and 30 September 2026. 

Participants may complete the challenge individually or as part of a family, church, school, youth group or community group. 

Participants are responsible for choosing a route, venue and time that is suitable for their age, ability and circumstances.

4. Health and Safety

Participants take part entirely at their own risk. 

CBN UK accepts no responsibility for any injury, loss, damage, expense or liability arising from participation in the Superbook 5K. 

Participants should: 

• Ensure they are physically able to take part. 

• Follow local laws and regulations. 

• Exercise reasonable care and caution. 

• Be appropriately supervised where children are involved. 

• Seek medical advice before participating if they have any concerns regarding their health. 

5. Fundraising

All funds raised through the Superbook 5K should be donated to CBN UK in support of the Superbook ministry. 

Participants agree that donations collected through this campaign will be submitted honestly and in good faith. 

All sponsorship funds should be donated by 31 October 2026 where possible. 

CBN UK reserves the right to refuse donations that are unlawful, inappropriate or inconsistent with the charitable purposes of the organisation. 

6. Superbook5K Medals 

Participants who raise: 

• £100 or more as an individual participant 

Will be eligible to receive a Superbook 5K medal, subject to availability. 

A member of the Superbook team may contact participants to verify fundraising totals and arrange delivery details. 

CBN UK reserves the right to substitute medal designs if necessary.

7. Photography and Media

Participants may choose to share photographs, videos and testimonies from their Superbook 5K experience. 

CBN UK will only use submitted photographs, videos or personal stories where appropriate permission has been granted. 

Additional consent may be requested before any content is used in promotional materials, publications, websites, emails or social media.

8. Personal Information

Personal information provided during registration will be used to: 

• Administer the Superbook 5K campaign. 

• Send campaign-related communications. 

• Provide fundraising resources and updates. 

• Contact participants regarding medals or campaign administration. 

Your information will be handled in accordance with CBN UK’s Privacy Policy. 

Participants may unsubscribe from campaign communications at any time.

9. Changes to the Campaign

CBN UK reserves the right to amend, postpone or cancel the Superbook 5K campaign if circumstances arise that make this necessary. 

Any significant changes will be communicated to registered participants.
